Chuck Baird February 22, 1947 – February 10, 2012

This painting is Chuck Baird, the world famous Deaf Artist. He was one of the co-founders of the Spectrum, art colony for Deaf artists in Texas in the 1970s. De’VIA movement was first established in 1989 at the Deaf Way I, in Washington, DC. He was one of the nine Deaf artists who signed the Manifesto
